Migrate to Domino
Migrate to Domino

2007 marked the tenth anniversary of Longfield's first Microsoft Exchange (v5.5) to Lotus Notes Domino (R5) migration for TNT(UK)'s 800 users and the start of our first sale of BinaryTree's Common Migration Tool (CMT) for Notes. Since those humble beginnings we've migrated over 50,000 users for over 400 clients ranging from Abbey Life to Zenith Insurance and Manchester City Council to Hyundai. Over the years of working for these diverse clients we have distilled our consultants experience into our "Migration Framework" that includes a strong change management methodology to ensure success with minimal business disruption while maintaining the highest security and data integrity. The result is a "right first time" tailored solution for your individual organisation based upon tried and tested best practice and procedures.

Email is probably your organisation's most used piece of software. Any change requires analysis, identification of risks as well as pro-active management of the change itself.

CMT for Notes V8.9

CMT for Notes is the backbone of our Exchange to Notes migration projects. Having used it for over 10 years now we consider ourselves the UK leading expert when you want to migrate to Lotus Notes.

We have used CMT for Notes for a wide ranging of customer, with the most critical being used for corporate banks with requirements for audit of the data migration.

CMT for CoExistence

If you wish the migration to take place over a number of weeks, we can provide Microsoft Transport or CMT CoExistence to provide directory synchronisation and high quality message transport and seamless calendaring.

Some of our customers have decided on a highbrid environment, were IT responsibility is devolved to a continent, customers can use CMT CoExistence on a long term basis. This allows the use of Exchange Server and Lotus Domino with a large diverse organisation.
